Returns & Exchanges

At W for Woman, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all price tags intact; our courier partner will perform a brief inspection during pickup.

• 3.
  Free Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a complimentary pickup from your delivery address within 24 to 48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
